The hotel castello lake front is located on the shores of Lake Garda, below the castle of Malcesine. These elements, as well as being present in the name, form the basis of the structure’s formula.
Our initial role was to produce an initial functional layout. Subsequently, on the basis of the design, we drew up a budget cost consistent with market prices and the customer’s requirements. We then took care of the project monitoring and consulting, then we directed the property in the choice of professionals, contractors and materials, and coordinated the entire construction phase.
