For over twenty years, Marco has been providing technical consultancy for hotel projects and hospitality venues, thereby gaining extensive experience and expertise in the tourism sector. He has worked with leading international chains: Hilton, Marriott, Mercure, Holiday Inn and Ramada; through this work, he has specialised in the planning and design of layout and functional plans, the preparation of cost estimates and project budgets, and the provision of technical consultancy support. In 2011, he founded Hospitality Project and currently serves as its CEO. Marco firmly believes that the success of a project depends primarily on the management approach adopted, as a process of careful planning, organisation and control can help the client confidently pursue a result that meets the needs of both the investor and the operator.

Filippo has gained extensive experience in planning and overseeing hotel projects, working with major international chains such as Hilton, Marriott, Mercure, Holiday Inn and Ramada, and supervising over 150 hotel projects at various stages. His expertise lies in the functional planning of spaces, estimating investment costs, and managing project and operational resources. Together with Marco, he founded Hospitality Project in 2011, of which he is a partner and director. For Filippo, a hotel is a business that cannot ignore the assessment of profitability in relation to investment: this can only be achieved through careful analysis, planning and management of the resources employed.

Sabrina is a qualified and registered architect with extensive experience in the sector. She began her career as a 3D Modeller in Granada, Spain, where she honed her skills in three-dimensional modelling. She subsequently undertook an internship at an architectural practice in Prague, Czech Republic, to further develop her design skills. Her international career path has led her to work for major companies such as Ikea, where she held the role of Commercial Coworker Specialist, and at Lidl as a Junior Real Estate Project Manager. She has also collaborated with various architectural firms in Italy, working on interior and exterior design projects, site surveys, planning applications and Superbonus schemes. Thanks to her experience with Hospitality Project, Sabrina has specialised in hotel design, developing expertise in drafting functional layouts for communal areas and guest rooms, mood boards, preliminary cost estimates and quantity surveys. Her dedication and talent for creating innovative and practical solutions make her a valuable asset to any architectural project.
