Catignano Hotel is a family-run establishment just a stone’s throw from the historic city, but immersed in the green Umbrian hills. A perfect combination of comfort and relaxation.
Our role was to produce an initial functional layout on the basis of which we then presented a budget cost adapted to the market and the client’s needs. Subsequently, we were in charge of assisting the property in the choice of professionals and companies, comparing offers through benchmarking. We then followed the construction site by taking care of project monitoring and consulting.
