The Castadiva (Mandarin Oriental) is located on the shores of Lake Como. Dating back to the 19th century, Villa Roccabruna is situated in the heart of the resort and has been masterfully renovated to create a sense of modern Italian elegance with a delicate Oriental charm.
Our initial role was to create a preliminary functional layout. Subsequently, based on the project, we drafted a cost budget consistent with market prices and the client’s needs. We then handled project monitoring and consulting, guiding the property in selecting professionals, contractors, and materials, and coordinating the entire construction phase.
