Amarina is a seasonal hotel located in Versilia. Over the years it has been renovated with a design inspired by the colors of the sea and summer themes, emphasizing its natural vocation and proximity to the coast.
The hotel has gone through several stages of renovation in different years. Initially, to manage the budget, a renovation focused on a single room floor was started, followed by the garden suites and, this year, completed with the common areas. During these different projects, we were involved in drafting functional layouts and budget costs, consulting and coordinating the work, estimates, site supervision and project monitoring until the final stage of implementation.
