The Hotel Regina is an establishment overlooking Lake Como. The owners pay great attention to how the hotel is presented to guests, which is why they have undertaken several renovation and maintenance works over the years.
Our initial role was to produce an initial functional layout of the room plan. Subsequently, based on the design, we drew up a budget cost consistent with market prices and the client’s needs. With this tool, the property approached future works with awareness and control.
