Our initial role was to produce an initial functional layout. Subsequently, based on the project, we drew up a budget cost consistent with market prices and the client’s requirements. We then took care of the project monitoring and consulting, then we directed the property in the choice of professionals, contractors and materials, and coordinated the entire construction phase.
