The DEMO Hotel is a stimulating architectural experiment, born out of an old, disused guesthouse. Eight unique suites have been created, each the result of the creativity of a different architectural practice. Each room was freely designed, giving rise to an eclectic and innovative hospitality experience.
Our role was to follow the project from the beginning, proposing a layout and assessing its economic feasibility through budget costs. Subsequently, we oversaw the awarding of works to architectural, technical and contractor firms, providing advice based on our extensive experience. During the construction phase, we coordinated the workers and supervised the costs in order to respect the established budget. Each step was professionally executed, ensuring a satisfactory conclusion consistent with the initial objectives.
