A new idea of hotel, designed and built to offer a stay full of personality. A fresh and informal environment where Italian design inspires a new concept of luxury, accessible, modern and functional, made of details, in a pleasant mix of vintage and contemporary.
Our initial role was to produce an initial functional layout. Subsequently, based on the project, we drew up a budget consistent with market prices and the client’s needs. We then took care of the project monitoring and consulting, then we directed the property in the choice of professionals, companies and materials, and coordinated the entire construction phase.
