Hotel Sasso is located a stone’s throw from the sea on the Ligurian Riviera. Ownership is very focused on comfort so they aimed for spacious, bright and cozy rooms.
Our initial role was to produce an initial functional layout. Then, based on the design, we drew up a budget cost consistent with market prices and the client’s needs. We then handled the project monitoring and consulting then, directed the property in the choice of professionals, contractors and materials and coordinated the entire construction phase.
